Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Pourme Candle! We take pride in the quality of our soy products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
Eligibility for Returns:
Time Frame: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Items on sale
Refund Process:
1. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your return.
2. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
3. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping Costs:
-You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective of damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at pourmecandle@yahoo.com and send your item to the address we provide you with.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7-days of receipt at Pourme Candle LLC with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Order Cancellation:
Time Frame: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, the order may have already been processed and shipped.
Method: To cancel your order, please contact us at pourmecandle@yahoo.com with your order number and cancellation request.
Processing of Cancellations:
Before Shipping: If your order has not yet been shipped, we will process your cancellation request and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
After Shipping: If your order has already been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may return the item in accordance with our above Return and Refund Policy.
